Terry Venables, 1st August 1966, his first day at work for Tottenham Hotspur on the training ground, prior to making 115 Appearances and scoring 19 Goals for the North London Club. In 1969 Terry then moved on to Queens Park Rangers, and at Loftus Road it took him a little longer, 179 games for QPR, to score and identical number of goals. He then moved on to Crystal Palace in 1974, making 14 Appearances without scoring and finally ended his playing career, turning out twice for St Patrick’s Athletic, before embarking on a tumultuous Managerial Career.

Having been the first Englishman to represent his Country at all levels (Schoolboy, Youth, Amateur, Under 23 and Full International), Terry was then in charge of the National Side on 23 occasions between 1994 and 1996, losing only once!

Of his involvement with Greatest Card Ltd, Terry has said “It is fantastic to be able to connect with the fans on such a personal level. Throughout my career, particularly during Euro 96, the man on the street has been a huge inspiration to me and to this day, I thoroughly enjoy the banter and interaction that the supporters generate. They make the game what it is and should never be underestimated”.
